Before you travel, your host collects your flight or train details, checks your device for an internationally issued eSIM, identifies suitable ATM and transit options, and sends a clear agreed meeting point. A local mobile number cannot be prepared remotely: you must register in person with your passport, with your host accompanying and assisting.
Payment platforms and identity verification depend on your device, account, bank card and the platform's rules. We prepare what we can with your authorization, then help you complete and test the setup in person.

Your host arrives before you do, watches the live arrival information and waits at the arrivals exit per your confirmed arrival details. Flight-delay waiting is free for 90 minutes after landing; longer waiting is charged at the overtime rate or rescheduled only with both parties' written confirmation. No group placard, no handoff to a call center — one named person ready to get you moving.

What your package covers — and what is separate
Package pricing is per guest: for bookings of two or more days, the first guest is $499 per day, while a one-day booking is $599 for the first guest; each additional guest is $149 per day, with a maximum of six guests and a custom proposal for larger parties. The package includes a comfortable four-star hotel licensed to accommodate foreign guests, based on twin-share occupancy, with a single supplement for a guest who occupies a room alone; it also includes itinerary planning, standard attraction tickets, venue reservations, all-day photography, up to eight hours of local host service per day, and arrival setup for Alipay, cash access, taxis, and shopping. Each hosted day delivers 30+ edited photos online within 48 hours plus all original files; professional studio-grade retouching is not included. Your first hosted day includes an airport-arrival greeting at the arrivals exit per your confirmed arrival details, with free flight-delay waiting for 90 minutes after landing. Overtime beyond eight hours is $45 per hour and must be confirmed in writing in advance; airport greetings for arrivals between 00:00 and 06:00 add $60. Premium experiences are not included and are charged separately at the provider price. Shopping and meals are at the guest's own expense. A 30% deposit is due immediately when the booking is confirmed and is non-refundable; the balance is due 24 hours before departure. For a cancellation or change requested within 24 hours before departure, only 30% of the total booking price is refunded. Any refund is returned to the original payment method within seven business days. The deposit and balance are paid through a PayPal payment link by credit card or PayPal. Force majeure releases both parties from liability.
You contract with our operating company and receive a written proposal before any payment. Standard attraction tickets are included; premium experiences are added at the provider price. Shopping, meals and other personal purchases are paid by you at the point of sale, and we never advance guest expenses. Where licensing is legally required, experiences are delivered by licensed providers.

Is the airport greeting included?
Yes. Greeting at the arrivals exit per your confirmed arrival details and setup assistance are included in your first hosted day. Arrivals between 00:00 and 06:00 add $60.
Is the transfer vehicle included?
Your host can help you arrange the transport option confirmed for your arrival and will help with the driver, destination and translation. Any fare that is a personal expense is paid by you directly; we do not advance guest expenses.
Can you guarantee payment-app activation?
No. Activation and identity verification depend on your device, account, bank card and the payment platform's rules. Your host prepares and tests the setup with you but cannot override a third party's decision.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your host watches live arrival information. Waiting is free for 90 minutes after landing; longer waiting is charged at the $45-per-hour overtime rate or rescheduled only with both parties' written confirmation.
Can I opt out?
Yes. You can opt out in writing or choose another meeting point. The arrival service is part of the first hosted day and opting out does not create a cash credit.
