Can you book an appointment for me?
We can help you understand and navigate the administrative booking or registration process. Availability, acceptance of a foreign passport and appointment confirmation are controlled by the medical institution, not by China Unboxed.
Will you translate what the doctor says?
We can help with everyday and administrative language. Diagnosis, informed consent, treatment risks and other clinical communication should be handled by the institution's clinical staff, bilingual materials or a qualified medical interpreter.
Can you collect or buy medicine for me?
No. We do not buy medicine on your behalf. Prescribing and dispensing decisions belong to the appropriate licensed professionals, and you make any permitted purchase directly.
What does accompaniment cost?
