We put the legal name in public
China Unboxed is operated by 深圳鼎铂智能科技有限公司 — Shenzhen Dingbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. — registered in Shenzhen.
We have been doing this work since 2009, first under other arrangements and today under this company. The registration date you can look up belongs to the company, not to the people — the person who meets your flight, walks the factory floor and translates at the fair booth has been doing it for seventeen years.
One part of our work is helping a visitor check the legal name on a supplier’s business licence. If we were unwilling to show our own operating company, we would have no standing to ask you to trust us with that work.
The person who answers
One person, not a middle layer
We are not an agency with a call centre. One person in Shenzhen reads your form and answers it. If that person cannot help with something, you get told that, plus the name of who can.
The working area is Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan and Foshan. Anywhere else in China, we quote the travel before you decide.

We do not issue certified third-party inspection reports; for those we tell you which firm to hire. We never hold or exchange your money.
